I have to speak up for the night owls out there. According to my stepmom (who's a sleep therapist) we all have different natural sleep patterns. Morning people are at their best in the morning, and night people are at their best at night. I get more accomplished at night than in the morning. My quiet time with God is at 10:30 every night because the Bible says to do it when "you are at your best"... I prefer to workout and do housework at night and some of my best lesson plans have been written after midnight. haha All very WORTHY things accomplished after 9:00 pm. :P I like #1 and 2… but i have to disagree with #3.
